1. SMM Services

1.1 - Package & Plans:

Zovixo SMM aim to provide you the marketing strategy to improve your social media presence. The Zovixo SMM Services plans may include the following features: social profile optimization; review responses; custom posts to social media, reporting and insights. The exact features available to you are dependent upon plan purchased.

Social Profile Optimization will create or upgrade all of your social media pages & display profile, our marketing team will keep your business relevant and up-to-date by following current trends. This may include a professional photo for your business to create a portfolio of professionally shot and edited photos to use across your social media sites.

Reviews will track your ratings about your business on Google, Facebook and other social media (Social Media varies depending upon the packages you have chosen from Zovixo). Additionally, we monitor for reviews that violate the guidelines of Social Media.

Custom Posts to Social Media will create a unique marketing plan with your input and then execute with custom posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & others. Custom posts may also include on-demand social media trends & custom post includes Content, images, offers. The number of posts per week based on the subscription Services plan.

1.2 - Additional Paid Services:

Displaying Ads on any social media is an additional features it depends upon the type of campaigns you want to run & for how many days & your budget.
Note: Zovixo take only maintenance charge extra.

Reporting and Insights will give you the ability to track data on every piece of content we publish and how consumers engage with the content. This data is shared with you via Email or Whatsapp on every 15th Day of service I.e Twice a month.

1.3 - Access Account Credentials:

For making Social Media Management to be effective, we must have customer social media account credentials and access in order to make on-site changes. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are hereby granting permission to post on your behalf on your site, for social media management purposes.

1.4 - Don't have Facebook Access:

After 2 weeks, if we don't get any response of making contact for your social media access then we will call you and stating that if we do not hear from you by five 6 working days before your renewal date, then we will have to cancel your package. It states that Zovixo marketing team is contacting you again and again. And Because of miss guided or any other reason, Zovixo will not refund your current month amount.

1.5 - Cancellation Process:

You can cancel Social Media Management at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months. If you cancel Social Media Management within 24 hours of buying them, you can receive a full refund, including for the first month. After 24 hours, you will have to pay for the first month.
