Refund Process

1. Money-Back Guarantee

If a customer is not satisfied with the services, Customer has to write a request mail to Support Team ("Refund Request") within (30) days and money will be refundable after (45) days of withdrawl request.

NOTE: ("Refund Request") will not be applicable after 30 days of product purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Products & Services

There are no refunds on web design, web development, logo design, search engine optimization, administrative fees, and install fees for custom software.

Cancellation Process

You may terminate or cancel the services by giving "Zovixo" written notice via the cancellation form provided. Refund all advance fees for services for the full months remaining after the effectiveness of such cancellation (i.e. no partial month fees shall be refunded) less any designing, development, setup fees, applicable taxes and any discount applied for prepayment, provided that you are not in breach of this Agreement.
