1. Website Design & Development

1.1 - Static & Dynamic Website Design:

You agree that Zovixo will give you 1 revision time after delivery of your website no additional work will be completed by Zovixo Development Team after revision (Follow by the plan opted, Zovixo will give maintenance depending upon the times of updation mentioned on quotation. IT VARIES DEPENDING UPON PLANS AND PACKAGES).

NOTE:

• 1.1.1 - FREE updation is applicable only for Static Website per year plan. Dynamic website update would cost depending on type of updation(image, content, feature, design etc).
• 1.1.2 - Once updation times expired for static website, customer agree that, if they want to update any images, content, design or any other related things then it would cost, depending upon the updation. if they require any assistance from Zovixo support team, the customer has to generate a ticket for updation. Zovixo will take 24 to 36 hrs or more to update his or her requirements depending upon the works to be updated.
• 1.1.3 - For dynamic websites customer will get admin panel & they can update from themselves & if they require any assistance from Zovixo support team, the customer has to generate a ticket of their requirements. Zovixo will take 24 hrs or more to update his or her requirements depending upon the works to be updated.

1.2 - E-commerce Website Design:

Customer is solely responsible for providing product descriptions, images, pricing and other product information, and for confirming this information before publishing. You agree that you are solely responsible for all other e-commerce content configuration, including configuration of tax collection methods, shipping methods, and payment methods.

1.3 - Website, Application & Software Development:

You agree that for custom development of your website, application or software, you will provide the details like: reference, images, content (if any). For development of custom development may varies depending upon various aspects like: Time, Features, Revisions etc. Zovixo never commit for exact date of delivery of custom website. You agree that once you get quotation from Zovixo development team regarding your requirements you follow the terms and conditions of Zovixo legal agreement for payment process. If you didn't then your website, application or software will be on hold for delivery, until Zovixo get full payment from customer hand.

1.4 - Product Catelog:

You agree that the performance of Your website may begin to slow at following various number of practice like: potential physical and practical constraints, including system architecture, system capacity, system load, end-user internet connectivity. You agree Zovixo has no control over potential physical and practical constraints.

2. Account Termination & Limitations

2.1 - Hosting Limitation:

We are not responsible for website hosting speed arising. Zovixo always here to give you best service experience but if customer didn't understand the problems of occurring while using starter to business plan benefits then Zovixo don't guarantee to meet the expectations of the services.

2.2 - Delaying in Providing Details:

Our completion of the Services depends upon customer response of providing essential details of website which is necessary such as phone number, about company details, images, contents, pricing or other. Zovixo Team will email or what's app the reminder thrice after purchasing of service, if customer didn't take it seriously & takes much longer time in providing details then Zovixo won't commit any time to deliver your product or service. Delaying is soly responsible over customer.

You are responsible for submitting all copy, images, and other content for your design. You agree to respond to any request for content, feedback or approval. All content must be submitted electronically and we will not return any materials you provide. Files that are too large to be transmitted electronically, must be submitted within 10 days, hence completion date may be extended. We may in our sole discretion, require you to re-submit images if we determine that the images are not high quality. If you do not submit the content within ten 10 business days, we will attempt to confirm your content submission is complete, but we reserve the right to progress the site to build stage. It is your responsibility to maintain independent back-up copies of any materials you submit. We expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction of any content or materials you submit.

2.3 - Reserve Rights on Content:

Zovixo reserve the right to refuse any contents which violated our privacy policy terms like:exploits children, contains pornography or other tasteless images, contains copyrighted or trademarked materials of others or infringes on the intellectual property rights of another, harasses, defames or slanders another, encourages or promotes terrorism or other illegal activities.

2.4 - Product Catelog Limitations:

Zovixo offers wide variety of service in development of website, application or software. Customer agree and acknowledge that by adding product gallery it depends upon the plan ex: if customer purchases 20 product gallery to add on a specific amount and if customer wants to add more product after publishing of website. Customer agrees to pay additional amount to Zovixo in order to add more or customer can do itself also.

2.5 - Backup After Expiration or Discontinue with Service:

If customer wants to discontinue the services from Zovixo, the customer agrees to pay the nominal cost (varies from 1500 to 6000) for Website design & Development.

For Application and Software designing & development; discontinue cost depending upon the features; and will be asked by Zovixo support team via call or email.

2.6 - Termination of Expiration of Services:

If Zovixo terminates Your Service, remove and destroy data and files stored by You on its servers. Zovixo has no obligation to monitor Your use of the Service, but reserves the right to do so. You acknowledge and agree that upon expiration or termination of your Services, you must discontinue use of the Services and relinquish use of the IP addresses and server names assigned to you, including all the products and service which you have purchased from Zovixo.

3. General Restrictions

Following are the restrictions please read it carefully:

• 3.1. - Displaying or advertising of pornographic, X-rated, sexually explicit, images, products or services of escort or prostitution services.
• 3.2. - Selling of stolen or illegal items or engage in illegal activities.
• 3.3 - Selling third-party rights or goods without owner permission.
• 3.4 - Selling of illegal drugs.
• 3.5 - Promotion of offline or online gambling or the instruction related to gambling.
• 3.6 - Nude images or videos.
• 3.7 - Alcoholic beverages to only allow for the legal and responsible use of alcohol.
• 3.8 - Any illegal weapons like: gun, sword etc.
• 3.9 - Any other related content, images, videos which can harm the society or exploited.

4. Ownership Rights

Includes all Zovixo products and services:

By submitting content, images, videos for your designing or development to us, you grant us an unrestricted license to use the content creating your design and development as mention on privacy policy also.

Note: Customer agree and acknowledge that, after completion of website, application or software, Zovixo reserves the ownership rights for such service and product. If customer wants the ownership of such products (website, application or software, they have to follow different steps to get rights on such product or service)
